Hello, since the day of my surgery everything is different now. On my surgery date I weighed in at 284 pounds today just 7 weeks after I weigh 254 pounds thats a total weight loss of 30 pounds!! I feel awesome I don't sweat as much when im just standing for a period of time..I have more energy.. my knees don't hurt anymore I just feel awesome. The day of my surgery I was soo nervous I had never ever had any type of surgery before so I didn't know what to expect but the nurses there were soo nice and helpful and would always be there to help me with anything I needed. I still plan on losing more weight.. as in advise all I can say is to remember that this surgery is a tool not some magic thing to fix your overweight the rest is up to you... I love myself more and feel more confident in my self and believe I can lose as much more as I want. Thank you and I will for ever be grateful for this life changing experience and great new path in my life which will be longer with my family now.
