I guess I really did not know what to expect, but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! It is now 7 weeks later and I would do it again. My knees don't hurt and I no longer wear plus size clothes. I have only lost 25lbs, but I feel great and have more energy to do things with my Kids.
I went over on a Wednesday and had surgery Thursday and was able to go home Sunday.
There were some of the nicest people to help you, I saw a doctor every day except departure day. and nurses were always there.
I am 5 feet tall and weighed 170
today I weigh 145 and now I do not drink soda or crave sweets and I eat portions that are acceptable.
Being a RN in the Emergency department I did not know what to expect and as nurses make the worst patient ... they handled it well
