I have gone from 240 to 157. It has been a total lifestyle change. I was in a size 42 waist and am now in a 32. I have not been able to stop losing weight. I am never hungry and eat only because I know I should.

In as much as I am glad I had the surgery, I would caution others to make sure they eat frequent small meals and to exercise daily. I have begun exercising again and hope to build up some lost muscle tone.
