It's been 2 months since my surgery. It's been an incredible journey for me. To date, I've lost 30 lbs. The best decision I ever made, Dr Amanza and team are the best, the hotel host were great. For me, the first night was not as bad as everyone said. The usual discomfort from surgery of course , the gas c strips were not really helpful to me. I did well with mostly soups the first four weeks, I'm now eating pretty much regular food but in very small quantity , you must learn to chew your food a lot , much better to eat wait for about 30mins, then drink. I feel great , look great and back to work . No photos yet, will post more as my weight journey progresses. Thanks to the team
