The biggest issue that I had was the language barrier. There are not enough English speaking people on staff. Ask a question, they hand you their phone so it can translate your question & then translate back their answers. With the number of US Citizens going over to have these procedures done, this area definitely needs to be improved. Secondly, if you want ice- chips, popsicles, jello, juice...it's a help yourself set-up out in the hallway. Lastly, I wanted to get a shower, the nurse (or aide) came in to cap off my IV line and in doing so she dropped the cap on the floor...picked it up and proceeded to try to use it. Luckily it was stripped, forcing her to get a new one to try.
