For years I have heard stories about how I shouldn't get this procedure done and ESPECIALLY in Mexico! Well I am here to say that I couldn't be more pleased not only with my procedure but the level of care I received from Dr. Almanza and his staff! I have lupus and have been hospitalized numerous times, and never have I had a better hospital stay than when I had the gastric sleeve. Dr. Almanza was incredible, and so are his nurses. Since being sleeved on 1/5/15, I have not had the first complication or issue, nor do I have a single complaint. Tijuana was nothing but good to me, the folks were friendly and the streets you could have eaten off of.
