Well I was once where you are about this experience. I knew one person who used Dr.Almanza.I read alot of testimonials and waited about a year.Now that I've done it I would do it again if I needed to. There are adjustments food still smells and looks good. Be patient you will eat again. You must come to terms in your mind that you can't go back to eating the way you did. It's a lifestyle change to eat healthy and exercise. I want to run with my grandkids and play without being out of breath. I know it's what was right for me hope this will help someone save their life like I feel has happened to me. Down 17lbs already had surgery on June 30th.
