A yr ago I weighed 227, now I weigh 161lbs and I went from a tight 20 to a 6. I already had a tummy tuck so as I lost weight, it just looked that much better and clothes fit better.
I would go back again to Dr. Almanza and I have referred my sister, my boyfriend, and three of my clients that have gone and have been very successful as well. It was a great experience for me and I am thankful that I have lost weight. I can eat anything in small portions now and I choose to eat healthy because even though I've had the surgery, I can still gain if I eat nothing but sweets and carbs.
