I want to thank Dr Almanza for the amazing experience I had in TJ . He was very nice came out to talk to everyone before surgery. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner. I was 207 lbs and I decided to do my pre op diet a week before instead of three days before, so I lost 10lbs before surgery and so far 22lbs after surgery. I feel so much better and more confident. If you are serious about a life changing diet this is it. you will know if and when you are ready and trust me you won't regret it.
