I have been hit with the reality that I spent close to $5,000 & I lost 78 lbs & gained 14 back. I started at 316 & am resting at 252. My goal weight is 150, but I know that will not happen. I still throw up somewhat frequently & I can no longer drink milk or eat ice cream w/o getting sick. I am worried sometimes because I feel pain in my stomach (not my abdomen, my actual stomach). I lost a lot of hair & it hasn't grown back. So now I am fat & balding. My experience in Mexico was nice & I was treated well. I just haven't had the results I hoped for.
