I have been on a yo-yo diet all my life. At one point los 60 pounds on Weight Watchers, just to gain it all back and more. I was a little afraid of having the surgery outside of the US, but I'm so glad I made the decision. Today, it's been 16 days, and have lost 15 pounds. The experience was great. I felt well cared for.
