My sleeve was performed June of 2012 and I lost 110 pounds! Because of my weight loss success, my friend decided to get the sleeve done. As pleased as I was with my weight loss, I, however, was not happy with my loose skin nor how my clothes fit and my confidence decreased with every shopping spree I went on. So, after much consideration, I decided to travel with my friend and have the Mommy Makeover. Prior to my surgery, I sent pictures via email to Dr. Yañez so he could give me the best surgical advice. His recommendations were: a Breast Augmentation/Lift, Liposuction on my back and outer thighs and a 360* Circular Tummy Tuck. I decided to pursue a Brazilian Butt Lift, as well. At the time of surgery, Dr. Yañez took pictures before, during and after. I was amazed at the precision and skill of his work. He removed fat and excess skin and I lost an additional 9 pounds. Giving birth to 10 babies, in addition to carrying so much extra weight, I honestly did not have high hopes of Dr. Yañez being able to create a flat tummy, but he exceeded my dreams! My measurements are now 39.28.39! I thought I would be happy with just losing the weight, but after getting the MMO I realize THIS is what I needed to gain my confidence!
