Definitely an answer to prayer, Dr. Almanza presented himself very humbly prior to performing surgery claiming that his English is not very good but, the great new is that his hands are! The even better news is that him and his staff were able to communicate very well to me in English. He himself has had the gastric sleeve procedure conducted and presently is in possession of six pack abs. It is so inspiring to have the pleasure of experiencing a surgical procedure with a physician that is so compassionate about what he does because he has been there done that himself. The Registered Nurses flying in to Mexico from Kansas definitely reassured me that Dr. Almanza must be a very credible and excellent physician.

Now that the break out of hives I have experienced on my scalp has completely subsided since he removed my lap band and repaired the extensive damage that it caused I am pleased and confident in testifying to his authentic care for his patients and his ethical standing in providing professional medical care.

The Hotel provided excellent service with not only 24 hour medical services but, made a somewhat painful medical procedure a much more pleasant experience with a driver to give you a tour of Tijuana B.C. Mexico and take you shopping or anywhere you need to go within reason; a group of individuals from all over the world to experience the procedure with you. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering a weight loss procedure!

Thank God for Dr. Almanza the surgeon, Hugo Almanza the Administrator at HMN Hospital, and the friendly as well as knowledgeable nurses on Staff! I look forward to seeing you again and having the gastic sleeve procedure conducted. Keep up the great work!
