Once I got there, meet the drivers and medical staff my concerns were over. Everyone was very professional, and caring. The hospital was very clean, I'm a nurse, and was concerned about things not being sterile, and possibly getting an infection. I have had a few surgeries in the U.S., and did not receive the care and attention that I received in Tijuana. I have already recommended Dr. Almanac to several people, and will continue to do so. I have lost 20 lbs so far. As long as you follow the diet,and take your antibiotic, you'll do fine with great results. The one thing I changed was the antibiotic. I called my regular M.D. and got a liquid that tasted good. That helped a lot.
