I have been almost 2 years now and wish I could have done this so many years ago. I would highly recommend this to anyone and have had 2 close friends also go see Dr.Almanza. To be able to live life how I always wanted to is great. I have maintained the same weight for about 1 1/2 but still need to watch what I eat and get regular exercise but that's is easier to do also. Can't say enough times "Do It" start living......
