Hi. I had weight loss surgery three weeks ago with Doctor A. I've lost 30 lbs. the first 30 lbs came off in like 10 days from not eating... But it slows when you start eating again. The surgery was easier than expected. The weight coming off is not. You still have to work for it. But the surgery helps but is not a fix all like I was hoping. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mexico. Hospital was clean and everyone was friendly and they took better care of me than a lot of US hospitals. I will definitely go back if I ever need something else done. The weightloss surgery is not a fix all fat problems. You still have that emotional relationship with food that doesn't break. Food is still everywhere. One positive thing about the surgery is it gives you motivation again that might have been lost before.
