Went to The clinic, did the 10 days of prepartion before I got there. Everything went great, very little discomfort, no nasea or vomitting. Have lost 87 lbs. to date, on a bit of a plateau, but stiil have goal of losing 160 lbs. and getting down to 220-230 like I was right out of high school. Am nearly NOT a diabetic any more, have cut meds in half and sometimes skip them all together! Knees feel much better too. Would recomend this for anyone wanting to regain their health. Especially at this price, paid totally out of pocket, insurance would pay 50% in the states, but that was over $9000. Well worth it just for what I save on medication!
