This is my testimonial: This has been a great thing for me, about 10 yrs ago I had the lap band procedure done it worked really well for me until about a yr and a half ago. I started having acid reflux really bad, I went to the doctors here is the U.S and they did what they could but to fix it was going to be very expensive and insurance was'nt an option. In the U>S> to have my lap band fixed I was told it was going have to be done in two procedures and 6 months apart and at this time it already had been 1 1/2 yrs and to say the least I had gained all of the weight back that was lost ten yrs prior. When I got a hold of the weight loss agents they listened to my story, all that happened and in 1 week I was headed for my, surgery not two but ONE!!! they went in and did a revision of my lap band and gave me a sleeve, I wish this would have been an option 10 yrs ago. Since my surgery I have lost about forty pounds and my surgery was done July 31 2015, my acid reflux is about gone, still have a little once in a while, my hips don't hurt my legs are not swollen, my knees can once again hold me. The care I had with the people on the team of Dr Almanza was great all questions were answered and I felt very safe. I would recommend this surgery and this team,I was very well taken care of and I do it again in fact I have recommened 2 of my friends already that are planning theirs now.
