LISTEN GUYS YOU CAN DO THIS? THIS SURGERY WAS LIFE CHANGING, I'VE LOST 70 POUNDS IN 6 MONTHS. I eat in small portions, I try to eat more veggies and baked goods. I have more energy, I'm up early and I feel energized after a quality night of sleep. My blood pressure is under control, my diabetics is under control I don't have to take my bladder control medicine it's under control. Guys this surgery was worth my life, it has changed greatly! I honestly feel so blessed and I never want to be the large person no longer. I feel great, I went down from a 5 XL to a 2XL. I went from a 46 pants to a comfortable 40 pants.
