Well let's see I lost 75# .went from a size 22 to a size 14 sometimes they are too loose. I don't need cholesterol or diabetic meds any more. also I WENT FROM 245# TO 170
I still what to loose 10 more lbs but have been at 170 for about 6 months. Really the only bad thing is I have a lot of loose skin mainly on my legs.
