I weighed approximately 235 and now weigh 155, so I have lost 80 lbs. I now have more energy and a new outlook on life. I didn't really do this for appearance of being obese, but to be able to enjoy living life with my family by going hiking and participating in other physical activities. My overall health has improved including my blood pressure is now normal and no pre-diabetes symptoms. I had a very unexpected benefit to happen - my eyesight improved, which I think was related to the high blood pressure and/or pre-diabetes state. I have, of course, enjoyed being able to wear pretty new clothes and the attention I get from others has been positive. My self-esteem has improved and I have more control over what I choose to eat. This has been a life-changing experience. I so appreciate Dr. Almanza and the Baja Hospital for changing my life.
