Myself like most people who are over weight was afraid to do something long term about it. I can tell you it is the best decision I have ever made. I weighed 205 lb. I was taking 3 different blood pressure medications everyday. I now weight 160 lbs. and no longer need any blood pressure medications. At first it was difficult to eat right and be comfortable.
