I was apprehensive to do this, however after 6 months - this has been a life changing experience and I would recommend this to anyone. I'm near my goal weight, lost 60 lbs and never felt better. The first few weeks was hard, the weight came off quickly and it was amazing. I now eat pretty much anything I want. Gave up drinking beer (too many calories) but I'm OK with that. I eat smaller amounts, but more often and there really isn't anything that I can't eat. This procedure gave me my life back. I'm down 2 pant sizes (40 to 36) and can now tie my shoes without breaking into a sweat. I have more energy and feel great. I'm nearing retirement and can't wait to continue my life.
