All my life I was overweight. I tried every diet imaginable and I would lose but as soon as I made the first mistake, the weight was right back on. I lost the weight battle but I was determined not to give up. I had the gastric sleeve in March 2013, it is now December 2013 and I have lost 123 pounds. Not only have I lost the weight, I have a whole new outlook on life. I enjoy getting out with the family to go on vacations, riding my bike, bowling, etc.. things I couldn't do before because of the obesity. I am living my life to the fullest with my children and husband. This is absolutely the best decision I ever made, I have no regrets!! I do want to say, I found out that the food battle was all in my head, I still find myself looking for something to put in my mouth while sitting around on the computer or watching tv. Theres only one big difference, after 2 bites, I'm FULL!! I have exercised, doing things like walking 3-4 times a week and riding my bicycle 3-4 times a week. That's all, it's that simple, 123 pounds gone and it will never return. I can't think Dr. Almanza enough, it's pretty simple, he saved my life.
