I'm very pleased with the help with my surgery and help I received from Dr. Hernandez and the staff at the hotel. I will say that most of the nursing staff at the hospital was ok but I had a bad night with two roommates that snored very loudly. After flying into CA and then going straight to surgery I needed more sleep to be able to manage my pain. When I requested pain meds at the hospital they did not want to give them. Once we were taken to the hotel for our aftercare we received very good care. The hotel was very clean and the staff provided excellent service. My roommate was easy going and accommodating. I am pleased that I did the surgery.
