it has been a long learning process to understand what I can eat and what I cannot eat, some things I always loved to eat I cannot eat anymore, sometimes it taste different, and sometimes it does not taste good any more. and the same things can be said of food I used to dislike, and now I like the taste. but by far the biggest change is the amount of food I can eat, or should I say the amount I cannot eat. that is the single biggest change in my life.it was very very easy to over eat at first, but throw up a few times and you get the picture fairly quickly. any way I have adjusted {though I still can over eat not because I ate to much but some foods fill me up faster than others, so still learning} but I have no regrets and I thank you for your help. some people at work have asked me about the surgery and I have told them that if they decide to get the surgery I will help them through your help. P.S. I do not know how to put pictures on the computer, so no pictures from me.
