I was very pleased with the weight loss agents and how they kept track of everything. Thy were very helpful and kept in touch and responded quickly.

The surgery went well and Dr Almanza was very nice. The Hospital was very new nice and clean, however the waiting room was left unattended for long periods of time. When you enter no one is there to check you in or greet you. One almost isn't sure if they are in the right place.

The Hotel was decent but Communication was not the best at front desk. There was alot of disorganization in getting us back and forth to hospital. The restaurant had good food but it took hours to get a meal served at night for my guest.

The nurses were very nice and attentive at the hotel for the most part. I really Liked Alejandra Constenada. She is excellent, knows how to help and follow protocol and keeps the other nurses in line. There was a lot of goofing off one night in the nurse's room.

Over all the surgery has been a success so far and I am continuing to heal and move forward.
