Just wow! I am completely beyond impressed. From start to finish communication was just incredible. The calls and emails from staff eye helpful but everything pales in comparison to the treatment I received. The hospital was clean and the staff was attentive and professional. It went above and beyond every expectation. I've never been treated so wonderfully by a hospital. The hotel was similar. Although the rooms are very loud they are clean and well maintained. Alonzo the porter was... he's the man. Came by multiple times a day to check on me and genuinely made me feel as though he cared. I couldn't have hoped for better.
