I had surgery May 30, 2014 weighing 208. Today June 29th I weigh 181.8! The surgery was quick, and the staff were great! The hotel was beautiful, and the nurses on staff were great too! We actually did some shopping and site seeing. We even visited a beach nearby! The restricted diet was bland at first, but I never wanted more than I was allowed to have because I was never hungry. I'm getting into more foods now, I just can only take a few bites before I'm full. I am so absolutely happy with my decision to have surgery with Dr Alamanza.
