I was about 270 lbs. in April 2016...and today, August 2016, I'm 238 lbs (and still losing). I've gone from a size 52 waist to a 46 in only a few months. My blood pressure and blood sugar numbers have improved BIG TIME, and I feel great. I'm happy!
There have been a lot of minor problems; such as finding a doctor to do my fill, figuring out what foods won't make me sick, and plateauing several times, but it was all worth it. The road has been hard, but it was completely worth it.
