I'm going to be honest. After surgery I did not follow all the rules. I was being too cautious. I ended up in the hospital for a few days. After the hospital, my friends told me "it'll get better." I have friends who've had the surgery and I have friends who have friends who've had the surgery. They all said i"will get better." so I paid closer attention to the instructions and took better care of myself. It did get better! I have now lost 50 lb so far! Everybody is noticing. My husband says I look great and he's so happy that I'm getting healthier. I feel wonderful! I can do things better than I could before like reach my purse on the floor of the car, put my socks on, and sit at a booth at a restaurant with my belly not touching the table!
The staff at the hospital are wonderfully friendly. It won't hurt to brush up on your Spanish before you go though. LOL
