At my heaviest I was 375 pounds. I am an over the road truck driver. I tried so many diets and my health was horrible I had high blood pressure and I was type 2 diabetic. On May 1st 2019 I started the pre surgery diet I was 316 pounds. I quit drinking soda and eliminated all sugar and carbohydrates and on June 7th I went to Mexico for surgery I was 290. I am currently 211 pounds on 12/21/2019. I am no longer on diabetes medication and my blood pressure is at good levels. If anyone is still thinking about doing the sleeve surgery I say do it. It's hard at first but your health will be so much better and you have to make sure that you don't go back to any bad eating habits and stay diligent about eating the right things. I don't eat anything bad and I have not had any soda since May 1 2019. I have lost over 75 pounds since my surgery on 6/7/2019
