I met this lady who came down didn't have appointment but on the waiting list she didn't get in that day but got in the next day I saw her before I let and she was doing really well. But and how well I got in to be interview with the dr Almanza who is so soothing to me I felt so relax after talking with him. After having lab work done and meeting the nurse I told her its hard to get an IV in but the put a hot water bottle on my arm and BAM!!!
