I traveled to see Dr. Almanza after having several friends do the Gastric Sleeve surgery with he and his team. I am grateful that I did. I have had success with the procedure and although I am only 27 days into it (including the first day I started the liquid diet)I am down 28 lbs. When else have I ever lost 28 lbs in one month? NEVER! I have found that I am still working on my brain and my emotions being in sync with my stomach but it has been an adventure I would do again.
