It all happened rather quickly, i arrived in San Diego at 2 pm on Thursday the 21st, and by 6:30 pm I was being preped for surgery. Almanza and his staff at very well oiled machine, and do great work. the nurses were all very attentive, and although my meeting with Almanza was short he put me at ease about my decision. if i ad to do it all over again i would.
