Who wouldn't be nervous and scared going to another country to have surgery. You see I live in small town Iowa born and raised. I have had 5 surgeries in my life in the United States. And with each one of them I thought I was getting great care, but after having my surgery in Mexico. Wow the states are lacking in bed side manners. Dr. Almanza explained thoroughly what he was going to do and he made me feel comfortable when he did. The nurses at the hospital were amazing. They were there for everything I needed. When I got up and started walking they encouraged me the entire time. They explained what medication they were giving me and what it was for. They checked on me often. They were there to greet me when I got to the hotel before and after surgery. The nurses at the hotel were caring and compassionate. They explained everything before doing it. They kept asking me if I needed anything. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I would recommend going here to anyone. So if you are scared or nervous let it go. because Dr. Almanza and his team are the best. Thank you! Leigh
