After 3 kids I had gained a total of 100 lbs. I tried every diet out there: herbal life, u loss, weight watchers, cabbage soup, grapefruit, Atkins, PGX, the list goes on. I spent thousands of dollars, never reached my goal and always gained the weight back. Not to mention how unhappy I was denying myself food, feeling hungry and angry.

I decided to get the gastric sleeve surgery. I was impress with Dr Almanza and staff at the Jerusalem Hospital. It was no frills, but good care.

After a year I can fit into my wedding dress, have had to buy new clothes and I am finally confident enough that I have given all my old clothes to charity. I am no longer embarrassed to go out. My sex life has improved and so has my self-confidence.

This isn't so much as a diet that you have to stick to and can "fall off" of. It is a lifestyle change. I am extremely happy; just wish I would have done it sooner.
