I couldn't think of my life the way it was. I started with 287 lbs and I am now 206. I feel so much better!
I was an athlete my entire life and I gained weight after I stoped playing and got married. I have 25 more lbs to lose to get back to my college weight. After losing weight I got my confidence back. I opened my own business and I am back to playing. Not only am I back to playing, I am also trying out for the national team next year!
I never had any complications during or anytime after the surgery. Many people threw up right after the surgery (normal) but I didn't. My advise to everybody is to make sure you do the liquid diet before and be really serious about it! I was supposed to do it for 4 days and I did it for 7. Best thing I did!
