I had my surgerty on Feb 28, 2013. It is now March 11, 2013. I am a couple days shy of 2 weeks post op! I feel great!! My starting weight was 250 and now I am 229! I have lost 21 lbs and have just the residual surgical pain left. A couple of my incisions opened up after the sutures were taken out! Not to panic, even though I did..They are now well on the way to healing with just a little TLC. I did try to eat some "big people food" and that was a no no! I got a bit nauseated, I think I'll stick to my shakes, soups and yogurt! I don't get hungry much and am very easily satiated. I would reccommend this surgery in Mexico with Dr. Almanza to anyone. The facility was very clean, as was the hotel and I was very well taken care of! Thank you Dr. Almanza for giving me a new lease on life!
