I recently had the gastric sleeve procedure. The medical staff were caring and kind as well as the hotel staff. Their were several in my group so I never felt alone. I was never concerned or felt afraid because I was traveling alone. The discomfort of surgery has been tolerable with no complications. My weight loss journey has just started so I hope with exercises and healthy eating my borderline diabetes will improve as well as my overall health. I do not regret having the gastric sleeve procedure.
