First of all..... The communication was great from the start. The staff was always just a text away and more than willing to help 24/7. Whether it came to me having a delay at the airport, getting lost, they were always available and responded asap to my text. However, I do wish they would have kept me out of pain a little more but if I had it to do over, I would use them again without question. I feel great, look better and still dropping the pounds. Totally worth it and then some!
