It's one of the best things I've ever done! I was 225 and could kneel to bath my baby. A friend had just had the surgery and encouraged me to do it. The recuperation was hard especially with caring for a baby but my husband was so supportive. I've plateaued several times but am now hovering around 158-160. I went from a size 18-20 to sz 8!
