I would like to share my experiences with the Weightloss agents family today, that I am very pleased with the professional and curteous staff making sure that everything goes smoothly from day 1 for me. You all worked with me concerning my deposit and date selection, keeping me informed on the available dates, and how important it is to reseve my desired date of surgery with my deposit. My chosen cash payment option rewarded me with a significant savings, as well as the flight referral site I chose, which allowed my husband and son to attend, and the hotel rates given us were very affordable. The accadations were very nice, clean, friendly and all staff medical and hotel staff seemed to work together after my surgery. On the date of my surgery, there was given me an ekg and a questionnaire to make certain the surgery would be safe for me, and our doctor, Almanza spoke to us (those of us scheduled to have the surgery that day) and addressed us each one by one, and he discussed his experience and expertise. There was also people there that had had the surgery 1 and two years previous, and they looked amazing! The doctor's conference was delightful and informative. Above everthing else, this made me feel that I was in the best hands having the Gastric Sleeve surgery. I followed my recommended pre-op diet to the T, 5-7 days on a liquid diet, and I am happy to report that I had no nausea immediately after the surgery, and Iwas given IVs, pain medication, and other services by a very attentative nursing staff at the hospital, and I saw those who did have nausea were treated very attentively as well. On the next day, which for me was yesterday, we were transported by shuttle to the Hacienda Del Rio hotel and my patient room was very lovely, clean, and accommodating. A scheduled visit was given us with our doctor to make certain our surgery was taken well and our recovery will be a suucess. I am now following my Post-op instructions to a T, and I expect that there will continue to be the expected success that I am currently experiencing. Once again, I am happy to be a part of the Weightloss Agents family, and I have no regrets whatsoever for this big step I have taken for a healthier and happier slimmer life.
