Its been 24 days and I have lost 34 pounds! My goal is 100- so I think its darn good! I'm doing a paleo diet because of my thyroid problem. And doing pretty good on it- so no carbs- even thru Thanksgiving I didn't 'cave' because I'm not having any hunger problems and my cravings aren't there when I would normally try to diet! I hope this helps someone decide to go thru with it- I had no problems going out of country- everything was clean and the others down there getting it done become great support systems!
