Hello everyone and future losers(weight losers). I am so happy with my sleeve and I wish I would have done it sooner. I'm not going to lie and say this journey is not hard but it is. I really didn't know how bad of a food addiction I had until after surgery when I had to go through my 6 to 8 week diet plan. I am falling in love with myself all over again and I have confidence I haven't had in myself since highschool. Even though there are a million happy days sometimes you still feel like the old you. I tell myself I'm not that person anymore. I've lost a total of 95 pounds in 5 months. I know progress is what you look for when looking at the testimonies and you are right where I was 5 months ago. I am here to tell you it is worth it. Dr. Almanza is great and so is the staff at the hospital and recovery center. Please lose all doubt it is worth it... I'm glad I was able to share with anyone who was thinking about it.. If you have already decided to do it then welcome to the losers bench there is plenty of room for all of you... Sending my love
