I am almost 10 weeks post-op now. It has been a hard journey for me personally. I took the pre-op diet to heart and lost almost 30 pounds pre-op. I have lost post-op almost another additional 32 lb. It has not been an easy journey. Having success with weight loss, having my blood pressure come down, no longer being pre-diabetic, having my blood sugar go into normal range and extending My Life by at least 10 years because I won't have health complications is a very powerful event. It has taken these 10 weeks for me to feel comfortable enough to write this review. This is not easy, but I have had the greatest success with this procedure then I have any previous time in my life trying to lose weight.
