I had a wonderful experience. I was at my wits end with weight loss. I had reached the bottom for myself. There were also 7-other people in our group. It helps to share this experience. The staff was so nice and helpful. The facility is emasculate, and very sterile. I work in the medical field so that was something I had knowledge of. I have lost 60-pounds since september. I make sure to have my protein intake. My only downfall is not taking in enough water, but I am working on that. Drinking to stay hydrated is very important. I have learned how to make some great protein shakes. I put a little peanut butter, honey, soymilk, and whey protein-very delicious. I buy my protein from the gym that I workout at. There are some that are not flavored as good so beware. I don't dwell on the scales because my body has changed a lot with my working out atleast 3-4 days weekly currently. I have increased my endurance and my body fat percentage has came down a lot. I would do this over again. the staff is wonderful. my nurse was Edwardo, he was so caring and helpful. Dr. Almanza is wonderful, not to mention easy on the eyes, but also he is very motivating. He has touched my life and I am thankful for that. I will be up loading some pics.
