Everything went just as planned. There were no surprises except the hospital seemed more like a clinic than a hospital. It was sufficient and clean though. The care at the hotel was exceptional all you have to do is dial 515 and the nurses would be at your room. The restaurant also had everything you need for your post op diet. Dr Almanza is very confident with his work which in return makes you feel at ease. I've lost 20lbs since my pre op diet which was 5 days. Don't be scared and please don't listen to all the things people make up in their head about Tiajuana. My experience was nothing less than great. Thank You Dr Almanza and staff. I only have before pictures for I am only 2 weeks out.
