Recently had the stitches removed on Monday morning by my primary physician. I'm steadily loosing weight, I generally walk 2 miles per day and starting this week I've incorporated weight training as well. I feel great I'm currently on stage 3 eating yogurt, jello, popsicles, pureed meats and mashed potatoes. I take 3 pills a day a one a day multi vitamin, B12 and Biotin. The hardest part of my day is making sure I sip water throughout the day. This has been a very positive although life changing experience I'm looking forward to the complete transformation.
