I can not even state how much I would recommend getting the gastric sleeve done and especially from Dr Almanza and the crew at Jerulsalem Hospital. First of all, by considering the gastric sleeve you have already researched ways to better your life. I am only a week into the surgery but am beginning to think this might be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I do not have the extreme cravings I had prior to this for certain foods most notably fatty ones. This is the first diet on I have been on where I see a complete change of attitude on my part.

Secondly, you can certainly get this done in the States or at many other places in Mexico. However, I can not say enough for Dr A and the staff. Not only is the price extremely reasonable the care is second to none. The staff and in particular the nurses are extraordinary. I am personally from a family of physicians and I truly believe the service is not only better at Jerusalem its substantially better.

Bottom line is you want to change your life here is your opportunity. Yes it costs a little money and a little effort but the pros so outweigh the negatives. Ironically, my gut tells me though that in a few years I will have saved more on restaurant and food bills than the entire cost. And of course the health benefits are immeasurable. And don't forget how much better you will look!!
